These Terms & Conditions apply for all participants who would like to obtain funds making their dreams come true and to those who want to contribute to the those.

The legal and sole representative of this project is the "Dreamfund" fund, which is registered in the territory of the Republic of Latvia and obeys the laws and regulations of the State of Latvia and the European Union.

3. For the attention of contributors or donors.

Every donation made from the page www.humanyourself.com and sub page www.humanyourself.com/dramfund goes into ''dreamfund''.

10% of all fund income is allocated to fund operating expenses. In order for the foundation to be able to carry out its daily work, it needs accounting, representation, it has various office expenses, as well as people working in the foundation who handle submitted applications, voting results, communicate with the parties involved, including donors.

4. Information for participants

It is possible to apply for the dream support program organized by the "dreamfund" foundation only on the website www.humanyourself.com/dreamfund.

 

All those who apply for the opportunity to receive financing for the realization of their dreams are subject to the membership rules of the "Dreamfund" foundation, as they are published on the website www.humanyourself.com/dreamfund.

 

Applicants fill out the application form fully indicating only true, up-to-date information. Participants must be ready to submit their own or project's photo and video materials, which the "Dreamfund" foundation can use to promote dreams and projects on the website, on the foundation's social networks, as well as on the www.humanyourself.com website and HumanYourself's official social networks.

 

After submitting the application, our team will contact you to complete a full-fledged application and post it on the www.humanyourself.com website and social networks.

Our followers and your supporters will be able to vote to make your dream come true.

At the end, the final voting will take place, in which the winner will be determined, who will receive the funds collected during a given period, which are necessary for the implementation of the given project.

A person who receives funds for the realization of a dream is responsible for the correct use of funds to achieve the previously defined and presented goal.

The participant who received funds from the fund for the realization of an idea or dream submits information of a visual nature (picture, video) as proof of the realization of the goal.

"Dreamfund" is entitled to use this submitted visual information for publications on its website, social accounts, as well as third-party cooperation websites and social accounts.

Our organization reserves the right to request the submission of visual proof of the use of means and achievement of the goal.
